Vintage-Inspired Synchronized Tremolo Bridge

Evoking the Stratocasters of the 1950s and ’60s, the Squier Bullet Strat features a vintage-inspired synchronized tremolo bridge with six saddles for authentic design and performance.

The synchronized tremolo bridge was first released in 1954 on the original Fender Stratocaster. The main feature of a synchronized tremolo bridge is that players can increase or decrease the tension of their strings with the use of a special tremolo bar (included). Pushing or pulling on the bar simultaneously shifts the pitch of the strings, an effect known as vibrato used in genres such as blues, rock, etc.

Rosewood Fingerboard

Rosewood is a traditional tone wood which first appeared on Stratocaster fingerboards in 1959. Rosewood fingerboards contain enough natural oil to be left unfinished which offers the player an organic tactile experience.

Ranging in color and hue, Rosewood typically contains deep rich browns with possible highlights of orange, green, purple, and yellow. Rosewood produces a mellow, warm tone that complement the chime of a single coil and the twang of a 25.5 inch scale length.

Designed for Comfort

The comfortable "C"-shaped neck profile of this instrument (the shape of the neck in cross section) is sculpted to impart a vintage-style playing feel. The "C" shape is the most common neck profile among modern Fender guitars, and its oval shape is well suited to players with smaller hands. This makes the Squier Bullet Strat's neck remarkably comfortable and ideal for all playing styles.

The Squier Bullet also offers a slightly thinner body profile than a traditional Stratocaster. This feature not only makes the instrument lighter, but also allows a shorter reach over the instrument for an easier playing experience.

Available in HSS or SSS Pickup Configuration

Squier Bullet Strats are available in a traditional three single-coil pickup configuration (SSS), or with a humbucking pickup in the bridge and a single-coil in both the neck and middle position (HSS).

The traditional three single-coil set up is a powerful and versatile platform suited for almost any playing style. Single-coils are known for their bright, dynamic and articulate tone.

The HSS configuration is considered to be the most versatile pickup configuration, H/S/S offers best-of-all-worlds tone. A chunky humbucking bridge pickup paired with two single-coil pickups affords a wide palette of tones. The humbucking pickup offers a far, crunchy sound with enhanced low end.
